The parameters of this course project were to create packaging for a product that originates from one country and is marketed in another. I housed the premium macadamia nuts from Hawai'i in an un-finished, textured wooden box that was to be marketed and sold in Great Britain. I incorporated a typeface, colors and a hint of wit to appeal to customers in the UK, while the box and pattern speak to the macadamia nuts' island origins.
